Refunds & Returns

Refunds:

After inspecting the returned products and it is per the return instructions, a refund will be issued within 3 business days

Returns:

For a full refund, all products must be in original packaging, no foreign stickers or writing on packaging and new resalable condition.

Due to the COVID-19 rapid spread, ALL masks, respirators, PAPR KITS, filters and cartridges return will be subject to up to 50% restocking fee.

For non safety masks returns, we allow 20% restocking fee (for unopened, unused returned products or for replacement, shipping paid by the buyer), within 30 days of receiving non-electronic products.

Opened or used or replaced with other products or refused delivery will be subject to up to 100% restocking fee.

Electronic products have to be returned unopened, unused within 14 days of delivery of shipment. Electronics must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products missing the serial number or UPC code; we will not issue refunds for such items.

Please contact us to receive your authorization number BEFORE returning any parcel. Shipments without authorization via email may not be credited to your account. Shipments refused from UPS, DHL, Postal Service also will mean you will be subject to both origin, return shipping costs and additional handling costs. We hope you can both understand and respect our reasoning. Original and return shipping fees are not refundable. Thank you for shopping with us !

We don't accept returns of the following items:

Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Buying Direct Corp is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Buying Direct Corp is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
